Fisherman's Lair Resort is located on the Willipa river in the quaint Town of Raymond WA. Nestled between untouched city property and a little league baseball field, the resort will have lots of privacy while located in the heart of town. Raymond first settled in the 1850's, as one of the oldest communities in Washington, is rich in history .The city of Raymond host's 2 museums, The Willapa Seaport Museum and The Northwest Carriage Museum. The Willapa river spills into Willapa bay and out to the Pacific Ocean. Before there was roads the Willapa river was loaded with house boats, and was used for business and their transportation. Pacific County is an outdoor paradise, with hiking, kayaking, fishing (fresh & saltwater), hunting , biking, and boating
Salmon and Sturgeon Fishing is Excellent right on the property. A Boat dock is in the works from the help of Raymond City planners on the edge of the property once we commence development.

These units are perfect for contemporary aesthetics and have between 400 and 600 square feet of ultimate Tiny house living. Each unit will be sold custom after the first model is built.

Mr. Hall is a licensed General contractor has spent the past 30 years in Residential New Construction, Residential remodels, Construction management , Job Superintendent. He has an eye for detail and has an excellent record of finishing on schedule. He will oversee permiting, scheduling , hiring sub contractors, supervise all construction, and acting General Contractor.
